Every college coach has a smartphone, laptop or PC therefore, marketing your athletic talents requires being familiar with technology. High school athletes must rely on marketing themselves to programs to establish communication and relationships with coaches.

  • Personal social media accounts: They need to be an advertisement of the great student athlete you are

  • Learn how to introduce yourself in-person and over the phone. Don’t depend on texting and emails as your only form of communication with a potential coach

  • Start a video library to showcase your skills. Considering uploading these videos to a personal YouTube page
